Today I made the mistake of sitting on the sofa after I got home so it was a struggle to get out there but I really enjoyed my run today I ran at a better pace and managed to not give up in the last 5 min run. Yay!! Perseverance pays off!

Yay!! Well done you!! You certainly did preservere! Great job with the pacing and with making yourself get out there after the sofa’s embrace. I know I could go out after work, early mornings are my jam!

I don't know if I could do early mornings! I am not a morning person anymore!

Believe me neither am I! God forbid if anyone wakes me or tries to speak to me before I’ve had coffee. However it’s the only time of day I can’t talk myself out of it because I’m too tired to argue with myself. Plus it has the added benefit of making me think I’ve achieved something before I even get to work😂😂

Well done... and sticky butt syndrome is cured, it no longer sticks to that sofa.

You’re doing really well... onwards.

Well done! Comfy sofas have a lot to answer for. I run first thing in the morning so I don’t have time to think about it.
