That was ok had to slow down a bit at the end for the last two minutes, I find I have more energy in the mornings than the night but I recovered quicker and 1 hour later don’t even feel like I went running feel great 👍

Well done to you Astroblue on completing week 4 of C25K, like you I preferred running in the morning when I was doing C25K. I think being a morning person we have more energy AM. than running PM. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to week 5.

Well done! Yes the recovery time is noticeably shorter! For week 5r 1 and 2 I would really recommend going at your slowest comfortable pace. I’m hopefully doing run 3 tomorrow and really enjoyed 1 and 2
