Did my 3rd park run since graduating from c5k , I was 7 seconds slower this week not to worried as pleased I am running it, then my friend who comes with did remind me I had gone the wrong way and so did a bit extra hopefully next week will get another PB, I love how everyone encourages you.

Well done...just relax and enjoy those runs.. all helping with your consolidation.. and remember that is is the longer slower runs that build everything up!
