Well done! Great time too. I did my 9th Parkrun yesterday, I still can't believe it everytime I cross the finish line. I'm working up to 10k to do the Abbey Dash in Leeds. There, I've said it, now it's official!

Lol go for it πŸƒπŸΌ know what you mean about making it real haha until I signed up for the half marathon I wasn't convinced I'd actually do it !! And well done for the park runs x

Well done Dawn! It's all coming together now for you. Yes, your stamina does improve and will do so whilever you keep up the good work of getting out for those runs, eating healthily and doing some walking, cycling, swimming, gym etc. All grist to the mill

A half m takes a lot of training, and some of it quite long, so you'll need to think about your stamina, food etc to sustain you through them. The better you feel, the more you'll want to keep doing it

Have fun!

Well done Dawn. A PB is great but actually being able to feel the improvement is something else.
