We all have bad runs often when we least expect it, but you did it and that's great. No need to repeat unless you don't finish a run. Get out there and smash w4r1, keep it slow and steady you'll be fine. And hey, your one third through thing and 5 runs from passing the halfway stage! Good luck, enjoy your running

Hey, I found the whole of week 3 very tiering and I was ready to give up. Felt like it just wasn't working for me and I had hit a wall.

I gave myself one more chance and ran W4R1 and felt really great and it was enough motivation to stay with the programme

You can do it :)

Keep going, but slow your running down, and maybe increase the amount if water you’re drinking.

I found this video on slow jogging very helpful -

Your run can be slower than your brisk walk! So nice and easy and see how you do.

I think if you’re not lying down you’re ok!!🐌🐌🐌

If you complete a stage move on. It's not always easy. Overcoming difficulty is a test of physical and mental endurance. Having done so you should feel great. Remember this success next time it feels challenging.

This weather is throwing everyone out, don't overthink it. Try the next run, and if you can't complete it, repeat that one. I'm guessing you'll be fine :)

Push on! Not all runs will feel great, that’s just how it is. The next one could be a corker though. Drink plenty, keep your pace slow and keep going 😊
