W5r1 in the bag!

Decided to run outside yesterday - 1st time. Found a quiet place and off I went! Freezing wind and then snow - but I did it! May have been v slow, and my ‘map my run’ didn’t work - but it’s done!! 👍

Sore hips now though! 🤔

Stretch, stretch, stretch... well done you! It was cold yesterday!

Take a look at this maybe?

I do like this link Oldfloss , I have already been doing some similar exercises for my dodgy hip that I was given by my physic a few years ago, but this is a really good reminder. Thanks.

Well done for getting out there in the cold yesterday, and cracking W5R1. It was a real chilly one, and all that slipping and sliding won't have helped. The link Oldfloss has added above is very good and well worth having a go at on your rest days.

I always do dynamic stretches to warm up before I leave the house for my warm up walk, and static stretches afterwards which help, (although I recently had a spell on the injury couch with a dodgy hip - arthritis me thinks).
