First run done πππ
Hi Suecan21 and welcome to the forum.π
Well done for getting out for your first run of the program today. You will love it I'm sure and it really works.
Your mum has no doubt advised you to just run slowly and steadily a light jog is all that's required.
Good luck with your next run. We will be cheering you on.πxx
I have just done my first run aswell. Good luck with your journey
Well done Sue. Hopefully you now have even more respect for your amazing mum.
Enjoy your journey and keep us posted.
Well done you for starting this fab programme π
Brilliantly done and don't fret, your run mirrors most of ours in Week 1 too. In a couple of weeks you will giggle at the thought of the Week 1 runs and you'll be chuffed to bits at your progress.
Happy running in 2018
Hey! I was worried today as i was pretty tired when i had finished my first run π£ hoping to gain more confidence with my running as time goes on π
Well done you. I know how you feel, l did week 1, run 1 today. Think there are a few of us on here that started today. Itβs nice to know we are not alone. Good luck with your journey.
Very, very well done...this is a great place to be... many of us felt really out of condition when we started, and, with three children... you have every right to feel a tad weary!
Check this post out, it is really, really helpful!

How super to run with your Mum too... I occasionally run with my daughter and son in law and I love it
Take your rest days... and listen to your body, don't push too hard, take it slow and steady and above all... enjoy the journey. You are going to feel fitter, calmer and have a ball!
Well done, it does get easier but be patient with yourself I'm just about to start week 3 but it's taken me 10 weeks to get there. Best of luck, Frances
