1st thanks for all the kind thoughts Wednesday, you really are a great community. Really wrestled with getting up however reminded myself if didn't its admitting defeat .So went out without Michael Johnson for the first time ,tried some tunes however think the made me increase my pace and struggled in places ,however got to the end Thanks again to all of you for your support

You just need to keep doing them now. When I graduated I was OK for a couple of weeks, then started to lose focus a bit, found it very easy to say I will delay today’s run until tomorrow etc, as you have lost the structure of C25K. However about three months ago I switched to running on three set days (all things permitting) and since then the runs have been very regular. Anyhow, good luck with future consolidation runs!

Well done! I thought of you when I headed off out this morning for my run, hoping you’d be doing the same, so I’m really pleased to see you did it!

Good plan! It’s much easier if we have a set routine, it’s too easy to give ourselves an excuse not to run otherwise. Keep at it, and keep posting your news.

That’s lovely 😊 i really started to enjoy myself once I was in control of how long I ran and sometimes when it was going well ran a bit longer and if it was really tough walked a bit

Good luck with consolidation these runs will build on what you have done so far
