Not a very active poster, but a very active reader!! I just completed w7r1 and wanted to post to say I'm very grateful for everyone that's ever posted on this forum, because without reading near enough every post I'm fairly sure I would've given up last week. Week 6 was tough, I completed each run but felt like I hated every minute. But w7r1 finally felt great! I was dreading it all day, legs ached from walking yesterday but I went and had my best run yet, felt like it all clicked into place, found a good pace and I wasn't just counting down the minutes till the end. So if anyone sees this, it's just to say that even if you've had a few not so great runs, I hope you try to go for one more because you might just enjoy it🌟🌟

Well done - that's great. I just did W7Run 1, but couldn't make it, could only get to 20 minutes and had to stop. I found week 6 hard too, I find 25 minutes quite a big jump from say 10 minutes run, walk, then another 10 minutes run. I'll repeat it in a couple of days, i'll get there.

Well done greenhedgehog I did week7 run1 today and was probably the toughest of the whole plan! Will keep going though.
