Managed the first run of week 4 today. Glad I have broken the back of it but it was quite a step up from last week and I was pretty 🥵. I have been at week 4 several times this year. Determined to graduate to week 5 this time 💪🏼.

Ooooh that’s really encouraging, I have also completed the run one of the week 4 yesterday and noticed a step up too 👍🦋

Ahhh well done, I also did same yesterday, I totally agree with you it was a step up for sure.

Feels really good though to have finished it and like you, looking forward to the achievement of week five and onwards. All the best! 😀

I’m currently doing take 2 of week 4, it’s Rennur mentioned to me and it’s helped make, but week 4 steps in up to 16mins of running as opposed to 9mins in week 2 and 3! So stick with it, I repeated run 1 yesterday still can quite manage both 5 min runs, but it defo felt easier than the last time, you’ll get there!!

I have just finished W3 and when I saw WR I have decided to repeat W3 as I really don’t think I’m ready for WR. Well done you for even attempting it!!

Well done. I found it a giant leap and haven't quite made it! Too many hills.
