Wk5 run 3: 20 min run completed

Had 2 rest days in between run2 and run3 ( partly because I went out Friday night and wanted to be fresh for the run) but went for a swim yesterday instead.

Run went well, slow but steady and felt I could have maybe gone a tad faster, but I'd rather make sure I feel comfortable.

So pleased, really looking forward to week 6!

Great, that 20 minute run is quite an achievement when you remember back to your first run of 60 seconds 😊😊

I'm confused, i read your title saying wk 5 20min and had a panic. I'm on wk4 and finding it tough going. When I went on my app to check for wk5 mine only says 15min, I'm confused..............

Added omg just looked ahead at run 3 and I have to do 20minutes . I just assumed that they would be the same all week 😳. How on earth did you manage, i am in awe right now as the step up to 5minute was so difficult for me. In fact I nearly burst into tears halfway through it was so mentally tough. Well done 🙌🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🙌🏻

Sorry for the confusion! Each step up is a bit daunting, but you'll be fine. I just go reallyyyyyy slowly. I looked up the Japanese slow run jog video on YouTube which was helpful.
