Yeeeeaaahhh I did it and actually felt like I could have kept going for a little longer. Its a slow pace Im running, BUT I'M Running. I covered 3k in my 20minute run and I'm chuffed with my laal sel (as we say in Cumbria)

It feels brilliant. I'm 48 asthmatic and thought I'd really struggle. But I am doing this and it feels great.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, 3K in 20 minutes is very good, that is under 7k per km. 😊

Thank you. I must admit I looked at week 6 and thought it was going backwards, but I'm the novice so I'll follow the experts and keep to the programme.
