I graduated in January, albeit on a treadmill. I found it difficult to keep going once I’d achieved my goal but managed to keep going. But for various reasons I haven’t run for over a month.
Any suggestions on how to restart, should I go back to week 6 ?

I don’t think it matters where you start, just that you do. Why not try a sneaky 1:1 and see what it tells you ? I graduated in February and now I’m really struggling to get any momentum. We’ve had a string of family problems and I’ve been wrestling with depression too, and I sympathise completely about the difficulty of keeping going without the structure of the programme. We can do this though ! All the best with your comeback x
That seems a good place to start. Will also give you a few weeks of being back on a plan to help make it a habit. It might be worth having a think about another goal if that’s what keeps you running. I’d also suggest running outside as you might find lovely places to run helps. My first goal after c25k was a simple ‘run 3 times a week’ (not always possible), but after 6 weeks of this it really felt like an ingrained habit. Good luck!
Now it’s lighter in the evening I will try running outside, I just feel so self conscious when I run, which I know is silly. The only flat bit in town is along the prom, so there’s always loads of people there.
I know what you mean, but I’ve found mostly people are doing their own thing, and the only reactions to my funny slow style of running is support! I’ve learned to not care and as I do the nico nico running (Japanese for smile!) I’m often smiling and I clearly looks nuts but I feel so good now I don’t mind! x
