Woo hoo! I made it. Bloomin hard run again this morning. Legs felt like lead for first 3k. I’m finding it a bit frustrating that I was running more comfortably 2 weeks ago than I am now but I’m going to keep on going. I want to consolidate now and keep going out 2-3 times a week. I’ve got the Tees 5k in 2 weeks 😱. Well QueenTea we made it!! What next? 😀

Your body is adjusting to the longer runs still. Keep an eye on rest and hydration too. Either of those can affect how hard it feels so easily. It will improve with more practice 😉
