Hi anyone reading this, I’ve run and walked on spot on 24h ferry and did my day overdue run when we reached land again. Everyone is different, but if anyone is slipping just keep going. Just keep going whether it’s week 1 or week 6. Sorry I can’t speak for week 7 yet but I am determined to get there, no matter how slow. I see people talking about times and heart rates and that’s really great for them, but all that I can cope with is just keeping going! Hope that helps someone!

It certainly does! I don't worry about times speed or heart rate - just the fact that I'm running - but when I read those posts I worry that I should be worrying about it! If I had nothing to worry about I'd be worried 😂😂. Well done for keeping going - especially on a ferry! I can't move when I'm on them - just have to keep my head still & my eyes shut.

Yes, just keep going! I like your determination, must have been hard on a ferry rocking about on the ocean. I’m permanently tired with all this running about, but I don’t care 🤷♀️, like you I just keep going 🙂.
