Hi anyone reading this, I’ve run and walked on spot on 24h ferry and did my day overdue run when we reached land again. Everyone is different, but if anyone is slipping just keep going. Just keep going whether it’s week 1 or week 6. Sorry I can’t speak for week 7 yet but I am determined to get there, no matter how slow. I see people talking about times and heart rates and that’s really great for them, but all that I can cope with is just keeping going! Hope that helps someone!
