So wk8 Is commencing but my last two runs On wk7 I completed but found my self stopping near the last 5-10 mins max 3 times for literally seconds been poorly nd my breathing has been effected a little, still gonna continue with week 8 as I have ran 25 mins a good few time no stopping I know I’m nearly at the end just got to keep pushing and stay focused
Any tips wud be welcomed thanks

If you’re struggling to complete a run you probably need to slow down - even if you think you’re running slowly already. Check out the Japanese slow jogging technique, there’s a short film on youtube that might help. If you need to, repeat a run, there’s no shame in that.
It’s better to take this slowly, pushing yourself too far too fast massively increases your risk of injury. There’s plenty of time to work on pace after you’ve graduated. When we’ve completed c25k we’ve run a little over 8 hours, which is great, but not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things. So just focus on running for the duration, and don’t worry about speed or distance. Took me two months post graduation to get to 5k and took me 45 mins!
