Wk8 run 2

I did it!! Only went and smashed the gremlins from the previous run. After struggling last run, I was not looking forward to today but I was determined to run for 28 mins. Not only did I manage it but have also learnt that I cannot run to music as I over pace and go too quick, audio books or nothing for me. I’ve also decided that my treat for completing C25K will be new trainers in 4 RUNS time 😁😁

  • What a great idea. I never thought of audio books. Possibly not comedic ones though, running, cackling to myself may result in men in white coats appearing to carry me off :)
