Week 9 run 2 🤪

Considering I thought week 9 run 1 was amazing this didn’t follow on very well!!! I’m putting it down to being out late ( thank you Mr George Ezra) and a few glasses of wine 🤗 But I did it and just one more left. Was thinking about not going out but I could hear RunRunRun13 in my ear telling me to go!!!!

My week 9 run 2 (on Tuesday) was the hardest run I had and also a slower time but was so relieved and happy to have finished. I did my week 9 run 3 today and finished in my best time - just goes to show how different two runs can be :-)

Good luck for your next run. How far we have come in 9 weeks :-)

Well done on getting out and doing it 👍! It’s all about just getting finished now, then onto “freestyle” running 😂! George Ezra and wine, a heady combination indeed 😂

I enjoyed w9r1 but r2 was the hardest I have done. Legs were like treacle and I wanted to stop after about 4 1/2 mins plodded on to the end not sure how. Want to finish on a high so hope sat is better

Bad runs just highlight how good a good run can be.

😁

Was Sigrid supporting? I really like her.

Fantastic. Not all runs are great and a few wines and a late night will play havoc with your hydration. But I love running after a night out - sports out any residual sluggishness.

Have a wonderful graduation run and come and join us on the podium - it's nice up here. :)

Well done. I was also at George Ezra. I am supposed to do W8R3 today but I have injured myself. Made the beginners mistake of trying to push myself and now have a hamstring injury. I can run through it but don’t think it will do me any favours so taking a longer rest.So close for me,it is so frustrating. Only 1 run to go till you graduate. Well done. It is such an achievement.

Hi Tigger64. George seems like such a nice guy 🤗 sorry about your injury. That’s such a shame. But you’ll be back x

You’re Nearly There - my w9r2 was crap probably tried too hard and mainly uphill rather than a bit steadier route - and today it all came together - easier route plus I eased myself into a steady pace at first. Still hard but great result. Good Luck.
