It’s going ok!!

Glad there are beginners here like me.

It’s giving me the encouragement, support and advice very much needed to guide me along this journey and follow through on it, God willing!

Thank you all 🙂

Welcome safs,

It won’t be a dream for much longer... great job on week one. Don’t worry about closing that 5k out while on the plan, most of us don’t do that... pace doesn’t matter, this is all about getting the fitness up as we get to 30 minutes. Enjoy your journey.

Thank you 😊

I agree,

Will keep up the fitness so when my lady friends (10years older than me) sign up to run 5k races, I can join them too 🙂

I had never run before starting c25k and without this plan and the support on here I never would have . It's also great as you will always find people on here at the same stage as you . Good luck 😊

Thank you 🙂

I did try to run in year 2017..

Doing it by myself resulted in injury after injury, and so I took a very long rest 😂

Happy I’ll have some people on the same level as me 😊

It’s intimidating,

seeing people on my runs, while they are running,

I’m crawling.... 😄
