I've just come back ftom Marrakech where i couldn't run although walked about 17,000 steps per day! , due to do w7r1 but have come out in a head cold; should i run with it or rest?

Will be 2 weeks since i've run this thursday, will i loose my stamina to run 25 mins i dont run before Thursday?

So disappointed as i was tired after travelling to run then got this cold 😒

I’ve heard it said that if the symptoms are above the neck it’s ok to exercise so a bit of sneezing or a blocked nose but below the neck like a chesty cough or a fever means you shouldn’t exercise. Maybe give it a go, take it really easy and just do what you can without sticking rigidly to your target for the next run. If you do feel really ill though I would give it a miss as a few days won’t make much difference to your fitness.
