Yesterday I went for my 2nd run of week 7. I was feeling under the weather beforehand so decided to take it slowly. I went the slowest i've run since about week 2 or 3! Any advice for running... or not when you have a cold? Not sure i'm going to run again until it eases up to be honest...

I would say wait until you are a little better. It’s really hard work running when you are under the weather. Listen to your body. I know it’s annoying though.

Yes it is annoying, I wasn't sure how ill i was until i woke up this morning for work...

Above the neck usually fine to run.. below...no...and if its flu...definitely not.

Drink lots of extra fluids when you have a cold. Good advice already given. Hope you feel better soon 💐

I had a cold for about 10 to 14 days but I didn't feel ill and It definitely wasn't in my chest or anything. It just depends on how you feel , you know your own body . So if you think you need a short break then do it. Well done you 😊
