Here we are again... and again for me, another week of training for my HM which is a week on Sunday.... It just shows where this C25K may take you !
This week's photo is at the Coast again.... I sneaked in an extra week... and this morning... I had company from new mums and some other ladies in waiting... the sheep are used to me now!
The numbers of folk on the forum increase daily.. and although it is tricky to keep up with everyone's progress... it is great to have a little fun post, so we can see who is on which week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.
We can support, encourage and generally help each other, in a positive and friendly way, with no thought of comparison.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
If you have just graduated, also, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, and there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum also, for Graduates., and the new Quest on here too...launched last week !
One of the best things about this weekly chat is that you can talk to each other, support and encourage each other and find folk on the same week or run as you.
So, please do come and join the fun.... Let us know how it is going

Hi, still running 3x per week and still enjoying it . Although I've moaned a lot about the high winds , but what can you do about the weather .... Nothing just got to carry on 😊😊😊
Earlier this week, I was actually not enjoying the shorter runs because it takes me 5 mins or so to settle into breathing and pace. Surprisingly, I prefer the longer runs that I was dreading!
W4R3 is tomorrow. My last run was my toughest so far. I realized what I was doing wrong, I ran too fast in the first 3 min run so I wasn’t able to catch my breath. That just got worse as I went on. I did finish but I was exhausted. Tomorrow, hopefully, I will pace myself better. Running for 30 minutes still seem so unlikely, but I’ll just keep going.
Hello admin, I completed week 9 run 3 this morning. What a great feeling! Wherever you are on the program guys keep going. All the best with the plan to you all
I've just done the second run of week 3 and still allow half an hour. I just enjoy a longer walk at the end! Today was probably my toughest so far, the 3 minute runs seemed to last a long time lol! Hoping that my 3rd run (on Sunday) will feel a little less tricky!
Hi guys !! We are on run 3 of week 3 (B210K), come friday !! Will be upping the anti this next sunday as we move on up to 6K territory !! Our increments for the longer run of each week is now 10 minutes so we are on schedule to reach our 10K goal with 3 'big runs', to spare before B,ham 10K in May ,which means we can use them as opportunities to consolidate .Our pace is relatively slow at present but its the distance we are focused on with B,ham in mind !!
Still enjoying the bridges , planks and squats etc also taking it easy on my sore calf , which is improving but not quite there yet !! Loving the journey because remember --

Hi, I just completed week 2 run 2 and enjoying it so far. Was nice today running in the sun, I was a bit more pink then usual at the end of it though! Ha
