The numbers of folk on the forum increase daily.. and although it is tricky to keep up with everyone's progress... it is great to have a little fun post, so we can see who is on which week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.
We can support, encourage and generally help each other, in a positive and friendly way, with no thought of comparison.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
If you have just graduated, also, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, and there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum also, for Graduates., and the new Quest on here too...launched last month !
One of the best things about this weekly chat is that you can talk to each other, support and encourage each other and find folk on the same week or run as you.
So, please do come and join the fun.... Let us know how it is going

Physio gave me loads of exercises last week and they are hard but they are really going to compliment my running, So pleased I have everyone on the S&F Forum keeping me accountable for making sure I do them ๐. Happy running to you all
I did wk8r1 yesterday, Iโm still finding it challenging and pretty hard but it really does work. I NEVER would have thought Iโd run 28 mins in one go when I started as i genuinely struggled to run 1 minute. Iโve also lost 1stone10 lbs since starting all this and itโs just been such a positive thing!! Good luck to everybody setting out on this!
This is my "runiversary week" the exact date is Thursday 18th April, on that day last year which was a Wednesday I ran the first run of week 1, I wasn't too knackered as I had been running a series of around 30 second runs to check out that I could take on the C25K training program.
To 'celebrate' I am rerunning a few of the weeks, on Saturday I did week 4, I'm going to repeat week 3 and 4 this Wednesday and Saturday respectively just before I do the longer runs starting with run 3 of week 5.
I've got week 6 run 3 tomorrow, then starting week 7 on Thursday. It's all going well... So far.
My last run was the 2 x 10 minutes. I went off into a daydream on the second run, and was completely shocked when Sarah said there's just 60 seconds left!
