i have put it off ALL DAY but i’m now going out to do the first ever 20 min run week 5 run 3. i am so nervous. wish me luck!!!

good for you, i did it last week, I was worried before hand and was like you blowing hard at ten mins . The next runs in wk6 will seem easy after this!
This run was my eureka moment. Dreaded it and put it off but once I did it everything fell into place. I realised that if you trust in the program it worked and so next time I felt like I couldn’t do it I just remembered this run.
Well done it’s a massive hurdle to overcome!
