I usually find the second run easier but this time for some reason found this a bit harder but still managed to cover slightly more distance than run 2. The greatest motivator right now is that I'm almost on the home stretch of the first nine weeks. I say first because this is just the beginning..
Hope the fitness levels will be higher on the third one. So far good

Well done. No doubt others have told you it gets easier . It does. you've only got just over a week to go. Once I was confident about doing the continuous running I was flying.
Obviously the 9 weeks looking back were far harder than now where I can run for 43 to 44 minutes for about 6 1/2 K. I don't have any ambitions to run marathon or anything but am amazed that now when I drop down to 5K , about 33 minutes running it's like a "walk in the park".
You will find that you will naturally be able to increase your time bit by bit if you take it slowly. I look back now and think "What was I fussing about with that 9 week programme" . More than anything it's the great sense of achievement and health and well being that has genuinely improved my life. Best thing I've done.
