This morning was a real mental battle to keep going. Not sure why I struggled so much but I kept going which is the main thing. I went out an hour later than usual this morning so there were a few more people around which I found a little distracting as I had to think about navigating around them as I ran. Maybe that threw my focus off a bit as I'm used to the park being so quiet normally. Whatever the reason for the struggle, I finished the run so that makes me proud.

Good for you. Some runs are good, others not so much. Don't let it put you off. I often find it's the runs for which I have no expectations that are the best.

I know what you mean. I ran down the seafront last week and while it was lovely, it was also a pain cause the weather had been nice and people were constantly getting in my way. Running isn’t fun when you have to keep adjusting your pace, it completely messes with your momentum. Well done for pushing through 😊
