Thanks Buddy, yes it’s good to Be running / jugging again after 20+ years. I get nervous at times but I’m taking things steady. Life’s good. Cheers

Thanks Again Buddy, had a great run / jog this morning and because I took it at a slightly slower pace it was much better. I’m 67 but it’s wonderful to be out running again. All’s Well. 🌱

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I was lucky enough to have started running long before my prostate cancer diagnosis, so know that this plan can build you towards a level of fitness that you may never have previously possessed.

Just take it steady......... C25K is about stamina, not speed.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi Iannoda, thanks for the advice this morning. Had a great run/jog this morning at a slightly slower pace - ace! Although I’m 67yrs I’m still young at heart so developing stamina is key. Read your link to HealthUnlocked - learnt lots - life’s wonderful.
