A re-run of R1 because I had a bit of a setback at the weekend by walking some of it (and because I'm hard on myself)......and I did it. I ran for 25 minutes!

61yo in two weeks and here I am running for longer than I have ever run in my life.

Mindset was good, breathing was better, enthusiam was there and the massage I had last night definitely helped!

I can do it man.
