So on my second consolidation week feeling a bit directionless! Copied an idea from Hattie27 😀. Using c25k week one but running where I once walked and speeding up for the 60second bursts!! Really good fun and goes shows just how far we have come when running at my normal pace becomes easy😊

Excellent idea -thanks for passing it on I graduated last week and am on consolidation runs- when the wind and rain allow. Feel my motivation has dropped so this will really help
