So on my second consolidation week feeling a bit directionless! Copied an idea from Hattie27 π. Using c25k week one but running where I once walked and speeding up for the 60second bursts!! Really good fun and goes shows just how far we have come when running at my normal pace becomes easyπ

Excellent idea -thanks for passing it on I graduated last week and am on consolidation runs- when the wind and rain allow. Feel my motivation has dropped so this will really help
