Greetings from a newbie - nearing end of W2. Not easy, not impossible. Very determined and motivated by this forum👍. Currently using podcasts, but understand there’s an iPhone app. However there seem to be a lot to choose from. Which is the official (NHS) program app please?

The C25K app, I have Android, get it from Google Play, not sure about iPhone but I think it's there as well.

Thanks all. It would have been good, but app won’t open for me. Think it is because I am not based in the UK. Oh well, it would have been nice with a choice of voices but the podcasts are fine. Not complaining though. Laura's a pal now ☺️
