Just back from my run. 5 mins in and my toe caught on a paving slab and I went flying! Two grazed hands and a grazed knee, turned around to go back home. A few minutes later I felt a bit less shocked so resumed the run. Feel better for it now but hands and knees are a bit sore. Lovely sunshine this morning though. 😊

So sorry about your fall Runnymede while running run 1 of week 8, I would advise you to take a few extra days off running until you run, run 2 of week 8,

Hope you are feeling ok today. Adrenaline kicks in at the time but sometimes you feel the pain later on. As AlMorr says, best to take it easy for a while
