Welcome to the plan. You’ve just done the hardest part.

Training is a treadmill is perfectly fine.

The paces involved are whatever you can deal with. Bearing in mind that the ‘running pace’ will be the pace you eventually run for 30 minutes at.

A common theme you will see across this forum is that your pace should be a lot slower than you originally thought.

Don’t worry about speed or distance - this is really about learning to run for 30 minutes duration. You can work on pace etc later. If you’re struggling with the run just slow down, and if it’s still hard - slow down some more! 🐌🐌🐌 x

Welcome. Treadmill is fine. Run at a pace where you can still speak in full sentences and your muscle and aerobic development will be better than if you run fast. You can do this, enjoy your journey.

Completely agree with AlasdairW, when I started I thought my pace was fine and I wanted to achieve everything overnight 🙈! Recovering from the flu made me slow down when I restarted running And I have to say this made me slow down and was the best thing that could have happened to me. I think stopped trying to be at a certain pace and could manage the time, the speed will come...good luck
