I managed it! I'm pretty proud of myself as the first step out into the unknown has been taken.

Onwards and upwards

Congratulations on getting up off that couch and completing your first week. That's the hardest part!

Not saying the rest is easy, but you will soon notice the difference it is making and then it becomes infectious.

Good luck as you progress through the programme and keep us all informed of your running adventures.

Some brilliant posts this last couple of days of where the C25K can take you.

You SHOULD be proud!!

It's a great feeling. And you'll keep on being proud every time you get out and do the next run, which will help encourage you to keep going.

Not so long ago I was in the same place - and now I've just graduated.

If I can do it, anyone can. Keep going!
