Well done m'dear. You did it! It's done! You powered through it! You're officially an all weather runner. Now wrap up warm and have a lovely evening :)

Oh well done you! I'm sitting here listening to the howling gale outside and hoping it has subsided for tomorrow morning's run!

Well done you! It's good to get all weathers under your belt - confidence building I think. Having said that, I would swerve by proper stormy weather, but otherwise I try not to be beaten by it.

Now enjoy a hot choc in your lovely smug zone :) xx

If I had intended it I would be right chuffed...but sadly I cannot claim to be that clever!!!

Well done, I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks, 25 minutes is great!

My mates call me a sadistic runner because I actually prefer running in the dark and the rain, don't know if it's because I have done the bulk of the plan during the past 6 weeks and having to run in the evening due to work, but when I run in the day now I feel quite exposed! This equally could be due to me completing week 4 in the day, on the path outside my local Sainsburys, making honking animal noises and wanting to die while the local school and college were kicking out and there were witnesses to my pain EVERYWHERE!! lol

Lol...I see there can be advantages..I reckon people would ring 999 if they saw me!

Running in crummy weather is good for making you feel hardcore. And for really locking in the running routine. Good job on getting out the door despite the elements. Not long now until graduation :)

I WILL NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WEATHER!! I WILL NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WEATHER!! I WILL NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WEATHER!!

27C @ 80% RH is quite standard here at this time of the year. It's not called "Sub-Tropical" for no reason!!! I would do anything to be able to run in the UK right now!!!! :(

Well done Pot the 25 min run is a real milestone. The weather is so grim at the moment I am struggling to find any nuggets of enthusiasm in my trainers left over from warmer memories. But ... we have had the shortest day and it is very nearly summer. Nearly. Almost. New mantra ... nearly summer, almost spring, nearly summer, ... until I have been going for 15 mins or so then it's ... too hot now, turn it down, too hot ...
