Well tonight I have completed C25K and must say that I am feeling pretty chuffed about it! It's been a fantastic journey although not without a few ups and downs but I am glad I persevered and have reached the end. Thanks to all who have given advice and support over the programme. Now onto preparing for my first park run 😀

Congratulations, get your graduation badge, its' the word Graduate next to your username, go to the march Graduation post on the pinned posts at the top right side of the Healthunlocked C25K homepage and tell the administrators that you have completed with R3W9.
