Massive congratulations, m'dear, be very proud of yourself and what you've achieved. As for what to do next, why not spend a few weeks running the w9 podcast to consolidate your fitness and then maybe try the c25k+ podcasts and, of course, Parkrun ;)

Congratulations! And now, you carry on! Consolidate those three 30 minute runs and then move on to 3 x 5k a week maybe? The choices thereafter are endless!

Well done - it feels fab! Consolidate - that's what I'm doing (did your run on Friday) 3 x 30 min runs a week; I'm going to do it until it feels easier and then start stringing it out to an hour. Apparently 10% a week is the recommended increase. Have fun.

Oh you sure have done it now! :) Only one solution - PAAAAARTY! :) Seriously - many congratulations, love seeing people so excited about Graduating because it tells me it sure as heck did not come easy to them and that in turn inspires me to keep going. :) so - congratulations and THANK YOU! :)

I agree, I used to read these Graduation posts and think them so far ahead of me, can't imagine getting that far. But now it seems attainable after all.

At every stage (including after day 1) I have thought "even if I don't progress any further I am happy to keep doing this level".

And as for doing a run without walking breaks, well that was so hard to contemplate.

Bloody brilliant! Just think back to your first run, where we had to more or less kick you out of the door because you couldn't face running in front of other people. Is that the same you? Someone who can now run for 30 minutes and probably doesn't care what people think? The new, confident Kaydenmummy A huge well done!

Well done. Huge congratulations.

What now? I decided to continue to do 3 times 30 mins at least In the 4 weeks gap between completing the programme and holiday. I've listened to Laura and just used the app (finally worked out how to get music working) each time. It has really worked for me to have a specific goal and plan

Good luck with whatever you choose.
