Hello! Back on plan week 5 run 3!

Hi all. Been lurking the last few months and still been running but not to the c25k plan.

After I reached week 9 run 1 back in December and had knee issues ive been seeing a physio and been out once or twice a week, I'd given up on the idea of graduating and just thought I'd do my own thing with the physio's advice because graduating wasnt the most important thing to me, being able to get out and run was, so I have been running, building up from 20 to 30 minutes using runkeeper and my own music which has been great but the last three runs I've found myself stopping around the half way mark and walking for approx 2 minutes and then setting off again and i cant really explain why (gremlins perhaps?)

Decided today I would go back to Laura and the podcasts, maybe i still need structure and a voice egging me on and music I don't need to think about in advance. Maybe i need this forum for encouragement and support. I dont know.

This morning i headed out with week 5 run 3 podcast and it was brilliant, hard but enjoyable and I didn't think about stopping once! So that's me now back on the plan, maybe I will graduate after all.

Week 6 run 1 next. Hope everyone is well and still running!

That's great! ... you followed your own advice and now you're back on track.

Keep up the good work, good luck and happy running.

Terrific, you are back and closing in on graduation. Enjoy!

Nicely done and good luck in getting your graduation, a sure fire win in my opinion. Always tough pursuing these things when injury strikes
