Just finished my W6r1 on the road, i was warned about this one after my 20 min run last week, so took it easy. 11.46/mil pace. I was made up i finished it! Might’ve gone a bit too slow to be fair, but i just wanted to get it out the way with listening to the advice. Treadmill again at the gym next week. Gonna put an incline if 1 or 1.5 maybe, to make it a bit harder.
