So just finished this run found it so much tougher than the full 20mins... this is the first time I really didn't feel like doing my run today was away for the weekend lots of walking eating and few cheeky drinkies. I actually do think it's the walk in between find it hard to get going again. But it's done and I'm glad I done it 👍👍

Hi thank you for this post, I also found it difficult, not helped as my music stopped for some reason which really flummoxed me. Have r2 on Thursday hoping that goes better. Good luck onwards and upwards
