Just back, phew

I can’t believe how much it clicked when the tip on bouncing is mentioned, I’ve been bouncing so much, the run instantly felt easier (definitely not easy just a little easier). Has anyone else found this?

Run done ✅ felt good and technique improved - amazing 🏃🏻‍♀️
