I found the Sarah Millican tip about running by a hedge , not bouncing 😀 a great help today. Maybe just my stamina improving but a great help. I was not in the mood for running 🏃♂️ but very happy now that I did.

I think the script is very similar for all the trainers. As best I remember the hedge tip is that someone seeing you over a hedge shouldn't be able to tell whether you're walking or running - if your head is bobbing up and down then you're putting too much effort into your running.
Basically it said pretend you were running alongside a hedge. Visualise on the other side of the hedge you were walking and you could just see your head over the other side. The view of your head should be the same either side of the hedge running or walking. You shouldn’t be bobbing up and down too much as you are expending unnecessary energy. That’s the gist. I tried to reign my movement up and down a bit.I felt this helped but it may have been in conjunction with the fact that I just had a bit more stamina this time.
Yes that's a good tip . Laura gives that one too ....and I agree , I really did not want to do my wk3 run 1 but once I had I felt good having managed to complete it!
