Week 1 - run 3

I had a great run tonight. I took my middle son who is 19 and he was such a supportive partner. He stayed with me for the warmup and first minute, then did his own thing catching up with me for the 4th and last intervals. Just the thing to make me smile on through it.

This run felt so much easier, but I think most of that was mental. I still get the jitters before I start the first running section, but then just don’t care. I even found a bit of rhythm on my last running section :)

I wasn’t sure on runs 1 & 2, but I definitely think I can achieve week 2 now.
