A few days late due to a busy schedule but tonight I ran for 20 solid minutes! It felt hard and by the ten min point I wanted to throw in the towel but I kept going, slowed down the pace and completed it. I feel proud! 5 weeks ago I struggled with 60 seconds... no looking back now!

It's a great feeling isn't it? It's mind over matter though and you just have to keep telling yourself that at this stage you CAN do it. Keep up the good work!

You can do it. Trust me - 5 weeks ago I was someone who couldn’t even imagine running for 20 seconds. Achieving each run really spurs you on. Keep going you can do it just as I am doing!!

Yep. Every run is an achievement for a beginner - but that W5R3 really makes you stop and take stock of how far you've come, doesn't it! Slowing down is key - especially do not start off too quickly. take it steady from the start and you may find you have something left to up the pace a bit at the finish. That will give you another lift to go forward.
