Completed the dreaded w5r3 earlier on today and it felt great. I was going stupidly slow but managed to get into a good rhythm and was listening to an engrossing podcast (recent discovery that I find running to spoken word easier than music) while I went along and it just seemed to nip by! Was feeling pretty anxious about it before I went out but it really did feel that it was my brain that was anxious (if you see what I mean!); my legs felt great!
Haven't posted before but read almost all the w5r3 posts I could find to gear myself up for it and wanted to add one to the pile for future runners! 😀
