I have just completed the 20 min run (make that slowest jog ever). I did walk to the top of a long road before doing the run back down a gentle incline. Michael decided today he was going to be crackly and indistinct. I was also listening to a podcast which could have been louder, but did have me smiling. Will definitely be listening to the next episode of Sh@kged married annoyed. I seemed to get my second wind after 18 mins if pure killer sluggishness. Weird. Nearly stopped a few times, and definitely sloooowed to a laughingly slow pace. But did it! Carried on for a bit at the end.

Thank you! My mind was saying no! And my legs were saying no lol! What is it with the second wind though?

Well done... a great start... sometimes that second wind kicks in after a really long time..I run.. and running is great but when I hit 6K... my running changes to... " I could run for ever" mode:)

Maybe warm up for a little longer.... :) I do a warm up most times before I even head out...

You did brilliantly... have a great day!

Thank you OF. I actually walked before hand for over 15 mins as I made my way up the road. I am feeling more positive now. Even though the speed was slow and I could have walked faster 😂

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊

Thank you. Strangely (and naughtily enough) I ran that one last week lol. But took good advice from this group and went back to W5. I found W6R1 ok. I will repeat it though on Wed 😬
