Not the easiest run but I did it. Not quite as I had visualised. I almost looked like a runner for the first 10 mins but found the last 5 hard running uphill with a cold wind against me. So I slowed down and made it. I had too many layers and git too hot. At shirt and a thin jacket would have been fine. Wished I had driven to the park where it is less hilly and a little more sheltered. Lesson learnt. I discovered that Bee Gees tracks are a good beat to run to. Week 6 here I come.
