Well done! That's the way... scale it back to whatever level of energy you have and just get the run done. Other days you will feel tremendous. :)

What extra support can you put round your knees. My left knee fees sore after a run.

Same here, just did W4R1 all ok - knee has been quite sore since the 2nd week so have a few extra rest days and freeze spray - thought also about a knee support? Good luck

Do you feel the spray works? I’ve thought about trying that too. I think most folks on here are suffering some sort of pains πŸ˜‚, just a case of managing it I guess. Good luck with the rest of week 4 to you too πŸ‘

I suffered with knee pain after the first couple of weeks so I went to SuperDrug & bought these : superdrug.com/Neo-G/Neo-G-A....

I wasn't hopefull that something akin to a tight elasticated sock would help but at that price was willing to give it a try. It worked!!!!! I haven't had any knee pain since!

πŸ˜‚ was just going to repost hmgvs post they sent me a couple of weeks ago, see below, they have beaten me to it πŸ˜‚! I was going to try these but you need to measure your knees before purchase as there are different sizes and Superdrug won’t accept them back once purchased! Alternatively there are countless options on Amazon! Hopefully you can get sorted out for pain free running πŸ™‚
