I did it, found it tough, whether that's because I'm tired after 4 14 hour shifts in a row , I don't know, the last 5 minutes were the best....

Finding breathing tough and on finishing slight ache in calf area ... Going to pick up ibrufen gel tomo and start applying that before I run.

Was glad I completed it and felt proud, but think this week I'm struggling slightly ... Just have to rest tomorrow and hope for a better day Thursday on run 2

We'll done for completing the run. If it's a tough week as you're tired (understandable with those shifts!) maybe it might help to have 2 rest days between runs?

I'm trying to focus on one rest day and get out as just feel like legs are lead.... I need to be stretching better I think....

Bought compression sleeves today and they may help

I'm sure the stretching will help, but I would consider adding extra day's rests. Done that this time as I was getting pretty bad twinges in my knee/leg. I really don't want to halt the steady improvement by ending on the IC!

Well done! I completed the same run today. Don't push it if you're still feeling achey on Thursday.

I won't, I'm going to pick up ibrufen gel tomorrow and see how Thursday goes .... Going to go for run at 6:30 am and see if cooler weather helps

Well done on your run especially after those long shifts, I completed that run tonight at about 9pm having left for work at 6.40 this morning, I spend all day on my feet so can understand what you going through. It shows dedication to get out there and do the run especially when you not quite feeling it, be proud that you finished and if your legs are a little stiff maybe an extra rest day is just what you need.
