So hello to the Week that fills some with worry. (Not to worry though because we can do it).
I set off with a positive mind set and my 3x5min runs went well. 1st run was the worst out of the 3 but I guess that's because my body had just started out. 2nd and 3rd run were fine.
Looking forward to the next run 2x8 mins. Bring it on hopefully on Sunday but nightshifts again for the rest of the week, so possibly on Monday.
You know what.... my mentality is that when I want something I go for it.
Negativity sometimes brings failure along with it and so I try to keep positive.
We all know this programme is difficult, hard at times but it's doable.
I made it to the end of week 8 last year November and I can't remember a time when I felt so good about myself. Alot of times in life everything we do is for other people but this is for us.
So as my mum would say, "do your best at whatever it is that you're doing."
And I'm trying to do just that because I really want to graduate this time round and hopefully motivate someone else out there too to get off the couch and do something for yourself. One step at a time.
So many others on this forum have done so for me, including yourself. π
