Anyone just started?

I have just finished my day 1 first run 👍. It wasn’t so bad but what will my legs be like tomorrow 😂. Feel great at the moment. Anyone else just started? Could probably do with a buddy or three

I did week 1 run 2 yesterday and will be keeping it slow ... you’ll probably overtake me next week!

Your legs might feel a bit stiff but thats all, ive just started over again, i had nearly completed it last year but stopped during w9, the runs will get easier and you will enjoy them, well done for getting out and doing the first run 👊🏼 keep us all posted Xx

Sounds like my experience. I got to week 9 went out for a run and just couldn't do it. Tried another couple of times and the same thing. So, I stopped and yesterday I started again. It felt ok, but my legs do hurt. Hoping tomorrow will be fine.

Thats exactly what happend to me, Im on w2 now im just taking it alot slower and enjoying it more.

They'll feel great! It's the little muscles on the outsides of your hips that will complain... 😂

I’ve just started! Did my first run last night & doing my second one tomorrow!

I thought I’d feel more sore than I did though which is a positive 👍

I did my first run yesterday with my daughter. She was great motivator for me. I have not run for years. Small steps, back on it tomorrow. Wishing you good luck 😀

Completed w1 last week and legs ached after run 1 the next day a bit, but not too bad. Well done on taking the first step!

I’m a newbie too, did my second run this evening. Feeling a bit stiff now! Planning to do my third run on Friday, hope I’m not too sore by then...
